Right of Withdrawal

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

Additional costs due to non-standard shipping are excluded.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until goods are returned or proof is provided.

The goods must be returned within fourteen days.

The consumer bears return shipping costs. No return label is provided.

The consumer is liable for diminished value only if due to improper handling.

3. Exclusion for Personalised Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or personalised goods.

Especially for motocross gear with:

  • names
  • race numbers
  • logos
  • team designs
  • custom colours
  • custom sizes

These products are excluded from withdrawal rights.

4. Defective or Incorrect Goods

If goods are defective or incorrect, we cover return costs.

5. Voluntary Exchange & Voucher Policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day exchange or voucher option for non-personalised goods.

Conditions:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • undamaged
  • complete
  • original condition with tags

Returns are at the customer’s expense.

No cash refund after 14 days.

Instead:

  • exchange size
  • exchange product
  • voucher
